@RoxonTool I like the Flex enough that I just got the KS2 Elite and have the Companion on pre-order. Expect a first look at the KS2 in a couple weeks after I have had some time with it. I like the innovation you guys have brought to multitools.
This Channel is one of the best source for mods. The mods itself is not hard to produce, but the quality of them in the last few multitool videos was very good. Keep up the good work! I like your stuff!
@namelesske Thanks, I appreciate the comment! There will be more multitool videos coming on Roxon products and Leathermans P/P4 along with a few clone tools. You never know what you will find here. It could be anything from making fixed blades, sheaths, slips, 3D printing, traditionals , moderns, restorations, and I don't even know what else yet! 🤣
your restoration videos are very good, I like how you saved that old folder, with reshape and everything. I always send your Powerpint mod video to fellow commenters when they want one, just to know the full potential. So i keep waiting for the new videos, not just a one hit wonder for sure.
@namelesske Those kind of restorations are fun to do and they turn out to be some of my favorite knives to carry. I think it is because you make a connection with the knife while fixing it.
@@Daveggay Thanks! There are a few new blades coming out this month that I want to get. I'll probably order a few blanks at the same time. I am not sure yet what to make out of a blank, but I am sure something will come to mind. There are a few more Leatherman mods that will be coming in a few weeks.
Hey Ken it seems like a pretty decent multi tool….. after you use it for awhile come back and do a long term video and let us know how you like it have a great weekend 😊
@@jerseyknifeguy6382 I plan on a part 2 after a few months of use. I am curious to see how it holds up. What would be really neat is if Leatherman had a build your own tool section on their website.
@thebodybeatdownDiTi of all the stuff I carry a good multitool is the most important. A flashlight is number two. Most people say "I have a light on my phone" It's one of those things that has to be carried for a while to understand.
Been loving roxon since adding their Phantom to my toolkit. Beastly scissors and their first foray into interchangeable blades. Their companion (SAK style but still modular) comes out at the end of November. Bit driver integrated and 5 long tool slots.
@Baggytrousers27 I have the Compnion on pre-order. It looks like a great tool. The 5 long slots offer a lot of flexibility. I really like the one handed opening D2 blade. The blade will also be available in late November for $8 and I am going to get one for the Flex.
If you want to ruin the edge/snap the tool along the wire stripper, sure. The depth gauge/file tool or the bottle opener tool are slightly better candidates to pry with.
@ParkerBinion I would rather put in a flat driver to use for light prying. I have used the chisel a couple times as a scraper to remove gunk from a surface and have also used it on wood.
@penitentialarts There are 5 spaces and they all have to be filled. Some I plements take up more than 1 space. For example the phillips driver takes up 2 spaces. The 1/4" bit holder takes 4 spaces. If all 5 spaces are not filled the implements will wobble. My tool came with some plastic spacers that could be used if you do not have enough implements to fill the tool up.
Thank you for the video and the support! We truly appreciate it!☺

I loved how you modified your sog and arch as well..I'm looking forward to seeing what people come up with on the long and short blanks they offer.

Thanks for the look at this one, buddy!
@davidkurle5418 Even though it is not in the sa,e league as a Leatherman there is a lot to like about this tool.

multitools are great. I use mine all the time..

I've never heard of this brand, but it seems pretty cool. 🤔I like how you modified it, though. Very clever. 👍Take care my friend and Cheers!
@singingtoad Thanks! Since when have you ever known me to leave something as is? I just can't help it! 🤣

@LastChanceKnives So flipping hyped!
Great review! Can the chisel work as a pry?

If you don't have a full complement of the short spaces filled, are the ones that are in there going to be wobbly?
