When I grew up we had 2 dogs and they were outside dogs. Their names were Rex & Rusty. My father fed them whatever. They never went to the Vet. Not only did they live outside they were tied up. As a single parent attending college, Section 8 was extremely helpful. I've been working over 50 years and still can't afford to buy a home.

When I grew up we had 2 dogs and they were outside dogs. Their names were Rex & Rusty. My father fed them whatever. They never went to the Vet. Not only did they live outside they were tied up. I'm over the age of 60, so you know this was a long time ago. Fast forward to the future, I have owned 3 dogs, 2 poodles and 1 chihuahua. I got rid of the poodles and also the Chiwawa. I really wanted to keep the Chiwawa as she was really low maintenance. All of my dogs lived inside.
