1 major thing that you should point out is when you build over top of pre-built buildings stuff will not respawn. I've heard it messes with quests too if the quest is inside the building range. So best to be careful about taking over them if you're going to add new people to that save otherwise they may have to start a new game and do those specific quests that are blocked.
So 1. Responds don't happen 2. Finish quests first for that area and anything pertaining to what is read in that area. This includes yourself and anyone else who is playing or plans to play on your server.
@@WildflowersCreations maybe someday you'll want someone to join you on your server and they're just starting out. If you've blocked off a section of the map and lore quests do end up not spawning (I don't know for sure, just going by what I've heard about that part), then that person will have to go to a new server to do any lore quests that maybe blocked. Lore quests are for each player on the server but if someone places an a flame alter over that area that could easily cause problems, especially if they're destroying what the lore pages sit on and put something in it's place.
@@Nightowl5454 That is my understanding currently. I haven't tested it yet, but my friend has, your map stays with you even in a new world. This would be one way to get around this issue. This also means if you want to start fresh / from zero on a map you have to also start a new character from zero. Again I haven't tested this yet, but it is my understanding and what others have told me.
Missed the stream but i was up by the bridge checking out the boundary and once you set foot in snowy looking rock you get a deep snow effect that makes you slow like mud does
I missed your stream but, I kept hearing about Rising World, It is such a good game I think you would really enjoy the building mechanics in that game! You should check it out!
Hey, do you have any good locations for a town build to try and build in? I've been trying to find a good base location for my town for a while, Mostly all the good locations I find already have stuff near it lol. At this point I was thinking doing half of my build being new structures and half of it renovated but I'm not sure.
Yah! I'd honestly find an existing town and put your flame alter there, and then tear down the town to build your own. That way you can have a nice large flat area probably somewhere near peaceful acres or around there
I feel like 30minutes is way to fast to reset. If i travel through a camp, do some exploring and on the way back need to fight everyone again? Thats going to bug me
@@michalsmutny9291 it might be other settings for you then, a 3080 ti is much better then my 3050 and that runs smooth, just have to lower the settings a tiny bit
@Chiselchip the luminous block stuff is a deeper blue, the glowing mycelium is more like a bright baby blue. Most luminous block material is found in caves, there's 1 spot I've seen in someone else's video showing a spot outside in the desert, so best to just look in caves and drop an alter outside of a good cave. There's at least 1 very good cave in the the northeast area of the map in the wooded area. I'd probably suggest toning down how much of the luminous block that you're thinking you're going to need, it's rather EXTREMELY OVER BRIGHT and a bit blinding. I personally don't care for it myself that much because it makes it feel like a nightclub. Just for laughs it would be funny to use it to make a stripper club.🤣
This game has been my absolute fav release of 2024. I have put way to much time into it. I even play it on my steam deck when i am on the go.
Seems like a really great community here

Very good point! I'll have to go read that message in there before expanding my flame too much!

Wow thanks man! Very well said. I did not know that at all!

I built a tower to the top of the build limit on that mesa and I can glide so far from the top of it! Great place to try out.
New to the channel here--definitely hyped for a hobbity village and a medieval village! Excited to take some inspo from your builds!
Thanks! Welcome to the channel! Definitely excited to to more with Enshrouded!
The Hobbit village is a good one. That's what I'm building on stream, each survivor has their own spot! Im not good at buildings like chisel

Fantastic stream Chisel, as expected of course! Enjoyed it!
Glad you enjoyed it!! Can't wait to start the build projects :)

I place my FOB near resources a lot easier for my style of gameplay 🎉

Yah that part may get difficult haha
What did you use to make the railings on your base ?
Which base? One was shroud wood and one was roof blocks
@@Chiselchipit was the shroud wood one 👍
Ah ok cool! @@Cyp1c
what gpu you have?
I have a 4090 that I use most of the time for streaming, and then a 3050 in my tablet for when I'm traveling

You can press R on keyboard and mouse wheel to rotate them every 5-10 degrees I think :)
@@Chiselchip Thanks
That area in the shroud that has the glowing stuff is mycelium, not luminous glowing block material.
Ah yes! Thanks! Haha I get them confused!
