    How great is that. Getting on a e-scooter(?) to the beach and then to foil with such a "small" "light" snow-kite.

      That's a OneWheel. Much better than an escooter ;-)

      @@adventure-logs IMHO and EUc is better! I am intrigued, gonna have to try a Peak on my foil...

    Hi bud, nice video. What is the low end of the 6m with a foil. I am 78kg and thiking of selling kites and get an 8m Peak for light wind, mainly to ride waves. I wonder if I could perhaps get a 6m if t's efficient enough? Many thanks, Z

    Hi i have the 633 with the standard stab. I see you changed yours. Can you tell me how this stab changes the handling please?

    • @adventure-logs
      @adventure-logs  5 месяцев назад

      Super easy/early starting. With enough wind I can start in much shallower water, that's how easy. Also this stab allows me to basically stop and change directions with a couple pumps.

    Is it a Pinxto bar (Kauper XT) ? What is your feeling about it ? :)

    • @adventure-logs
      @adventure-logs  2 года назад

      Yes it is. Here's my review video from 2 years ago. Most of the things I don't like have been fixed in the later versions. I still have issues and I just had a front line break due to the design. I use it now only with my Peaks and hydrofoiling. I don't trust it to jump or put real stress on it.

    Nice video! I just got my Peak5 13m and I am looking forward to test it in very light wind on the Onda Foil. :)

      Nice! I'm curious how much of an improvement the 13m is this gen.

    When do you prefer the Peak over the Soul for foiling?
    I’m thinking about getting the Peak 5 in the 11m or 8m for super light wind foiling. I’m 160lbs , front foil is one of the original Slingshot foils, I believe 707cm2. Thanks!

    • @adventure-logs
      @adventure-logs  2 года назад +2

      I prefer the Peak when the wind is lighter and the trend is decreasing and exclusively in the surf. That's where this really shines. It's not much fun for speed, jumping, or just mowing the lawn. It's the kite where you ride into it, look for drift, need quick turning, etc etc. So when I live down here in South Padre Island, I'm mostly foiling with my Peaks, but in the summer I mostly ride lakes in northern MN and then I use the Souls much more.
      For your weight, I wouldn't go larger than the 11m and honestly would stick more with the 8m. You might get an extra knot out of the next size if you really work at it but it won't be as fun of a kite. You lose some of that Peakness the larger you go.

    Hi! Thanks for the video. What Peak size to go along side a soul 12m v1 to foil (and occasionally snowkite)? Rider is 200lbs, one wing zeeko 530cm² one F one Phantom 1490cm². Thanks

    • @adventure-logs
      @adventure-logs  2 года назад +1

      Depends on what you want it for. The Peaks have a much smaller windrange than the Souls and the 12m is going to cover your lowend pretty well. If you are looking for one for higher winds I'd look at the 4m or the new 2.5m. I should be getting the 2.5 next week and plan on doing a couple reviews on it in the upcoming weeks.

      @@adventure-logs thanks for the reply. I would use it to complement the soul and foil in high wind indeed. I have inflatables 9m and 7m to TT but was always interested to add a Peak to foil and snowkite when a 12m is too big. Looking forward to see your next video.

      Do you think 60cm bar would be ok for this size of the kite?

    • @adventure-logs
      @adventure-logs  2 года назад

      @@aleshaborisovich It would work but a little big in my opinion. A 50cm would be more appropriate.
