UGA Redcoats Presents "All the Way Turnt up". Our football team owns the state of Georgia, while the Redcoat Band owns GA Tech's band when it comes to playing "All the Way Turnt Up"
@jnolen33 that's because you haven't heard 'intensity' in these type of songs. Check the video Alcorn 1998 'Hope I don't go Back'...very smooth & intense and clean. That's the HBCU style.
@kallmekris36 It's not really too hard to figure out. It's in the key of Db. The bass part is just a simple F Ab (x2) Eb progression. If you play some other instrument, it should be fairly easy to transcribe from there.
Georgia might actually have a chance to go to the SEC Championship!!! And I don't care if LSU creams them......I'M STILL PROUD TO BE A DAWG! GOOOOOOO GEORGIA!
@impress3 'intensity' comes from giant ass African-American lips, and the Redcoat band has about 5 sets of em. We're not too bad for a bunch of white guys. Check out UGA EPIC TUNING SEQUENCE
@crytebow the size of AA lips has nothing to do with it. Its a style or way to emote regarding the music. I'm quite sure you just don't understand. Wondering why I've even replied to such ignorance.
@impress3 Have you even heard the RCB in person? If not...you would contend we are not "intense"? What a joke. I watched your video, and I heard out of tune trumpets and both saw and heard fiberglass tubas playing nothing but short quarter notes. Your baritones were also not on their game. UGA is NOT trying to "copy" HBCU bands...why would we? This song is our band and our style. Haters gon' hate and you seem mighty mad.
Damn. I had to play this same crappy song this past football season. Same arrangment, too. Should of figured with one of our directors having completed his masters at UGA. That's no offense to Georgia's band. I just really disliked playing it.
This is very sad from the GA band. Don't try to copy what Swac Bands have perfected. This style of music brings a unique atmosphere to our games. In the way you all played it there was no intensity or emotion. Very poor. Stick to what you know and let the Real Swac Bands handle our music.
AYYYE i wish my badd was this KRUNK !!!!
