Download windows 11 .iso file - launch wmware - show it where your win11.iso file is - go through setup process by choosing processor count/ram/disk space/network settings and pressing NEXT button when you happy. Then launch VM and go through installation process of windows. Tons of videos in RUclips actually already done for this process if it sounds hard. Just choose any of them for any operating system and make sure giving win11 enough resources (ram, diskspace, processor cores - minimal requirements are in google). Quite easy actually.
