Hi mate, how do you remove a condition from the calculated field's edit process. i have added if and else if conditions but now realised that i do not need else if condition and would like to remove it. please let me know if there is any option to remove it. Thanks

Thanks for the video. I am trying to get the account related to the contact on a case prefilled. But I cannot seem to select the "find customer" field on the case in the calculation to then try and get the account from the contact record. Any ideas?

That may be the worst how to ever created. So much detail before you ever stepped through the process that I was lost and quit watching.

Hi Lee, I appreciate your feed back. I know do tend to "over explain" sometimes. I'm not sure if you found something that was able to get you what you needed or not. If not, this TechNet Article (technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn832103.aspx) is a great how to on calculated fields. I know it's not a video, but just in case you were still looking this might help a little.
