I really like what you do here & how you blend the audio so well so it doesn't seem choppy. This game is such a massive story it'll be cool to do like a TV series style edit. If they made this a live action it should be a series since it's so much story.
Idk if it was on purpose or not but the way you blend the epilogue with John laying on the ground is so great. It feels like that was it. He died a usual, normal death. No big epic fight. But we all know John can't die like that
I literally just sat here for 4 straight hours watching this like a movie, even tho I've already beat the game like 4 times....that's how great this story is even John's part. The best Western story I've ever seen in media

Crazy how long the cutscenes from the twenty mission epilogue is compared to the cutscenes of the fifty-seven missions from RDR1. Edit: I notice some gameplay essential to the cutscenes are cut but still 😅.
That guy selling lumber 2 John in blackwater is the same guy that Arthur nd Hosea was plotting a real estate scam with before that ferry job with Micah nd Dutch went bad.i bet nobody ever caught that but me lol I still find new things about this game every time I get back into it
People always rag on Abigail for being bitchy and useless, but i really think she saved John. What would he have done without her and Jack? Would have kept robbing cause he didnt know how to do anything else, and gotten himself killed.

My criticism is that I don't think it's good to stay in the RDR2 Epilogue that long. After John killed Trevor's ancestor, we go back to see present John wake up in McFarlane Ranch.
I actually did use the restoration mod but only for the second half of the epilogue before we transition back into RDR1 Marston. If you look at the epilogue scenes of John and Sadie getting ready to hunt Micah, you'll notice the mod. So weird base game Marston looked so off
In rdr1 it sounds like John rlly dislikes Javier. But in rdr2 they're honestly rlly friendly up till Javier becomes rude and betrays him. I wish Javier's character was more consistent

They wrote themselves into a corner when it came to Javier that I was literally confused at the beginning of RDR2 and he was one of the best members in the camp. I had to search online to make sure the level headed man with a beautiful signing voice In my RDR2 camp was the same guy that was a trash bag in the first installment. I think I remember the excuse they use is that he lost his mind after witnessing the gang break up and lost his morals or something dumb. It's just simply them writing themselves into a corner. No more explanation or excuses needed.
Why are the old games 100/1000 times better than the new rubbish, this game is a masterpiece of gaming storytelling graphics game play and everything else you put into a game that stands the test of time.since the gaming companies went DEI and fired the white straight men for diverse ppl who have no qualifications or tallent the games have gone to shit, id much rather play RED DEAD 1/2, oh and great editing give your self a pat on the back

I was more concerned with bridging the gap between two and one. His jawline in unmodded did look a lot like Arthur’s though. Weird all around. I think the restoration mod is amazing. They've only killed John, Arthur and Johnny. Vic doesn't count because he was killed BEFORE he was a protagonist.
