I maintain that on public,, the majority of hunters are not hardcore turkey hunters.The kind that will sit for hours motionless,,the kind that know,, and call very lightly,,and understand turkeys can hear far beyong and better that even a young man can.The turkeys quickly LEARN AND KEEP AWAY FROM,,any non natural sounds,,I call it their force field.They do this because of their incredible hearing.Ive killed more turkeys with what I call,, minute turkey sounds that other hunters cant hear.The hunters dont know Im even there until I shoot.

Some good sound woodsman techniques. Will take time and practice for the novices to master.
