Rescue Squad is more elite than Ladder???
Ladder is more elite than Engine???

From what I understand the rescue units are the elite. I’m Swedish though so please correct me if I am wrong

@@gustavsvard7955 Rescue and Squad companies are considered more elite and are only open to experienced firefighters who get more training. In the same way, I've heard that ladder companies often get more experienced firefighters coming off their first few years with an engine company. That is not always the case, I'm sure.
