Mam in other solution of this ques the don't care is not consider in kmap for the value of Ta,Tb,Tc (may be bcs they don't corresponds to any output) which makes me very confusing .
Mam I wanted to know whether we consider don't care ar not in kmap for the value of Ta,Tb,Tc.

From diagram u can see 1/0 in which 1 is input and 0 is output for all state we write in state table then k-map for y hence we get output Y
