Despite, knowing about the corruption on the part of concerned state departments and authorities, in this meeting you exemplified such a high EQ level as an RBI officer when the DM sir was unable to maintain his composure. sir one suggestion - whenever you tell your stories and if there is some concept of technicalities which i think every story will have then you can also explain them in a seperate time frame of video at last so that it allows us to connect and understand the story better and will help in interview as most people ask question from their experiences.

I left the whole system..the whole system is shit... Each and every loan file which comes from the defferent departments are not at all worthy of giving loans, still the DMs make huge huge pressure on bankers to disburse loan...array bhai jab loan wapis hi nahi aana to me kyu du loan?😢 Tum khud kyu nahi dete, tum de do apne pass se, government apne under ek loan disbursement department kyu nahi bana leti😢 khud k fayde k liye bankers ki zindagi khatam kar dete hai ye log, itna bhayanak NPA😮 bank to hamari Jaan leta hai 24*7😢
LDO is not a permanent position Manager/ AGM represents RBI as LDO in a few districts. I was LDO for 5 districts but at the same time I had more work in the office as AGM or RBI heading RRB section. I shall explain in a video
Forget DM, a low level Tehsidlar ordered a chief branch manager to persent in his office and scolded him for not doing KCC of many people. Admin officers have magisterial powers and they can use it harass anyone in his admin area

Make sure u shouldnt do job in PSB or any bank most time u will relly feel demotivated and derogatory because banks only have to do upper bosses work and feeling like slaves u will feel it after many years service. Sell vadapav icecream but dont do bank jobs really third class and bhangar job hai mera man to galiya dene ka kar raha hai aap apna dekhlo ....
