He is Nigerian. Love the way you try to deny African players identity when it suits you!
@@Naija4Khe's from Greece you dumbass
WHO IS GIANNIS WHO IS SHOCKED THE WORLD? A GREAT SCIENTIST?OR A GREAT ENTERPRENEUR GIVING JOBS TO PEOPLE?AS A GREEK HE IS A TOTALLY ILLITERATE BLACK WHO BECAME A GOD IN US!
His Finals performance, over all 6 games, was one of the best performances of all time. Seems like most have already forgotten though.
I didn’t 🦌🦌
It’s actually insane how fast people have forgotten. I will always remeber falling asleep during game 6 because I was just so jet lagged jet from flying back home (6 hours difference) and I woke up as he scored his 50th point and the announcer was talking about how it was one of the most incredible
Performances in a finals close out games and I was just shocked because i expected a much different game
I am greek and I can say that giannis and his brothers have made me realise how proud I should be that I come from this country, he is my role model since I was a little kid and it's my dream to meet him ❤️🇬🇷
I wish Giannis would see these types of comments ❤️
Yeah think about how I would feel being Nigerian😌
He was born in Greece but he is of origin of the Nigerian gentleman
You should definitely be proud! ☺️
Kι εγώ Έλληνας
My favorite current NBA player to watch. So gifted and creative. He can look like he's taking one too many steps but he isn't. When I first saw him play I couldn't believe he wasn't getting called for traveling. Had to rewind and see it again. Unfreakinbelievable...
Count the steps after he picks up the ball.😆
1:05 if u slow it u can count 3 steps....im confused
@@andronmillerjr.9158 if u slow it down you can see on his first step (the gather step) he could still dribble the ball while his left foot has already completed his step, by the time the ball is in BOTH of his hands he takes two steps
@@ClassicMist360 doesnt make sense but ok! 😁
@@andronmillerjr.9158 it does you're just too lazy or dumb to slow it down and read what I said😁
And yet someone has the audacity to say that Giannis doesn't understand basketball 😅
I know 😭
When you go from zero to the top everybody jealous
they even call him "No skill" 🤔
@@qwerty6789x no the real call him
"The guy that fucks everyone with no skills" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That's the reasons that everyone jealous
@@κρατοςθεοςτουπολεμου-π5θ I still laughing when he throw a ball at Harden's Face unintentionally 😭😂😂
I am Greek, Ive seen Giannis when he was young at Sepolia, its so surreal i remember him selling handwipes in the middle of the street. Its amazing how far he has come.
wow that's awesome ! He is a legend
Yes, plus now he's nicknamed "Greek" unbelievable
@@Tsahalal it was his choice and i respect that if i were him i would just middle finger my country (Greece). At least there was a lot of people that actually helped him back in the days.
@@ArisHDi NOBODY gives the middle finger to his country just because its government and part of its inhabitants are sociologically illiterate.
It just makes you part of the problem and just as arrogant and illiterate as those garbage people you are referring to.
You better check yourself before you wreck yourself.
@@iTheGeo well you have never been as low or as high as him, have you? No you havent. Ive been as low as him but not as high as him. Imagine being so poor you cant afford even the cheapest of shoes, have to beg for money, sell hand wipes on the streets and then all of sudden everyone is sucking yo d**k off because you are now famous and rich. Its pathetic, the fact is that he had no choice but to accept the Greek citizenship in order to enter the draft. You cant imagine the racism he was facing nor the difficulties you dont want to imagine that not even a fraction. I still insist if i was him i wouldnt care about Greece, we are a fked up nation.
Giannis got real heart touching story mann. I got tears dropping from my eyes while I was watching his real story movie. Giannis is the best NBA player for real.
Simply put, he’s a DIFFERENT beast.
(Edit) that Thon Maker sequence should’ve had him in jail lol
Thon Maker never recovered from that sadly :(
@@Hicko Thon Maker thought to himself "It wasn't supposed to be this way. I was the Bucks top 10 Lottery Pick not you! We were supposed to do this together! Bucks didn't know or care that Thon Maker lied about being 19 and was probably closer to 30 than 19 in fact.
Has anyone ever made this big of a jump from rookie to present day??? The SKILLS he started with as an unknown rookie with the obvious rawness. I think he averaged like 6 ppg to 27 in just a few years. Then from that year, he jumped all the way to the hands down best player in the league!?!? The dominance, offensively AND DEFENSIVELY. He literally gives his everything, every minute of every game he plays. And he's STILL GETTING BETTER!!! Idk, maybe it's just me but he's must see tv, everytime he plays. The only time I've ever felt that way about a player was with Michael Jordan. You know you're witnessing something special every game. Imho
Dirk. He was terrible in his first season. Had doubts about whether he belongs in the NBA for several years in fact.
@@page8301
He definitely made a big jump. But I think they were both equally bad their first years. But to go from that to dominating the entire league. Passing up lebron and kd as the best player in the league? Idk. He's just different imo.
No one, really, he was a complete unknown and no one could've predicted how good he'd become.
Kawhi. He wasn’t as rated as high as Giannis as a draft pick.
@@ericlind6581
I don't know about all that. He played 2 years of college ball here in the US. Only a handful knew of Giannis I believe. Giannis didnt even learn to play until few years prior to being drafted. Don't get me wrong. Kawhi was one of the best players ever. But considering there starting points, to me Giannis's jump is way bigger.
More videos like this ?
yes
This is definitely catching more viewers attention, so I think it would be a great idea. Plus ur good at explaining and make it sound exiting:)
i like it. maybe add some bbackground music and some transitions.
@@ambientsounds5832 Thank you for the tips !
@@markuslindingeman6907 Thank you ! I appreciate that !
Giannis is my favorite athlete ever! He is HULARIUS
Best player in the world!!!!
Easily !!!!
@@qwertz721 he can shot but not 100% ediot people like u go to hell
@@qwertz721 17 of 19 in finals game 6 with 50! Piece minis so yes he can
Jokic?
My guy, talking bout my guy 🤪 Extreme ambidextrous dunking, blocking & layups, face of the league since 2018 imo....
Respect the relentlessly, consistent elite 2-way dominator ......
1:44 is so good.
Giannis and Nikos Galis are my all time favourit basketball players. I am lithuanian.
Mine too
Born and raised in Milwaukee. Watching the bucks win that title was the best thing I have ever seen. And I've watch green bay win multiple times
“173 feet wingspan”?! 🤔 Impressive 👍🏻
Giannis, my all time favorite player in NBA
That still should’ve been a flagrant on Paul
I agree 100%
it didn't even get looked at
Great compilation mate!! Giannis still so young but already a freaking legend
I love that between highlights you added a highlight lol
Hes my favourite,a great talent at all times
I suffered for a long time from Moncrief, Pressey, Bridgeman,Johnson and Lanier til Giannis got here!!! Thank you G!!!
the one at 19 seconds is three steps, but the NBA doesnt call traveling anymore
The "Euro-Step" is a travel no matter how you slice it.
That’s the reason I love Giannis because of his slam dunk.
For me my number one is when he upset the heavily favored Nets in the second round and eventually went on to win the championship.
This dude is so good. I have enjoyed his entrance in the NBA during a time of Lebronsense
He’s the best player right now! I don’t care what current and past have say about the Greek freak. Gotta give credits what he has accomplished so far early career and more to come…..
@@qwertz721 Correct.
@@michaeljames3252 Incorrect. One is the best defender in the league and one gets targeted defensively
Should be renamed 15 times Giannis traveled to the basket
😢😢
0:35 definitely traveling...
How many steps in the NBA before traveling is called?????
Well, following the title of the video, his fast recovery from the hyperextended knee injury should be included. Game 4 with Hawks in 2001. Anyone else would miss a year after such a trauma, Giannis had won a ring as the main man that year.
He is possibly the most talented individual in the NBA I will definitely give him credit for that but he's getting away with too many fouls that they should be calling on him for charging
Different era, when defense just isn't a thing. Again, let's go back 30 years when the game was actually real.
The game is so much better then what it used to be
@@Hicko Kinda resembles choreographed scrimmage huh?
Giannis is the GOAT
Yea right now way
Bro that first clip is a travel lol. Watch it in slo-mo, wtf
15 times giannis dunked after traveling
STEPS - STEPS - STEPS
Antetokumpo the goat
No 8s my favorite..it's that flash of greatness..that spark..that you could see something special there
He reminds me of Dominique Wilkins so much. Giannis coulda played back then...
Dude these refs need to call these 3-4-5-6 steps !
he makes only 2 steps. Not 3. he makes the gather step and then 2 steps. It is allowed
@@giannastavros4653 he Carry’s the ball every other play ! Literally
Some of the most physically imposing and athletic player in the NBA history. His reach and stature are unmatched.
I use to live in River Hills, Wisconsin around a block from Giannis. He would walk by sometimes. One day, I was outside with my daughter shooting baskets and he asked if he could join us? He is a very nice young man. One evening, My family and I are at Baskin Robbins ice cream shop and he walks in with his family. all I will say, he loves his ice cream. No one bothers him there and the kid behind the counter says he comes in a lot and fans do not bother him when he is with his family usually.
@@qwertz721 legit happens all the time dog 😂 giannis was just at a chuck e cheese last week chilling with his family he goes out all the time
@@qwertz721 very respected in Milwaukee and very social...one of the reasons we love him so much!!
You guys still have the restaurant up there right? I remember it when I lived in Greenfield. Awesome food
@@qwertz721I have seen him and his partner at the grocery store. No one bothers him. And, of course, everyone knows who he is. Kind of hard to miss.
Giannis might just be able to blow lebron’s career out of the water!
Alr calm down
He is going to do it
you’re pushing it
@@Marion2turntt It’s not that hard come on let go of your bias
Giannis won his first chip younger than Lebron so anything is possible.
Just a few years back those extra steps would have been called.
2:15
Dang....that's quite a "wingspan"
LMAO!!!
My favourite player ever
Explodes on Drummond 🗿
Giannis is the goat 🐐
They should be calling him on more charging fouls that he's getting away with! Because many times the refs are not calling these on him! This is why he gets to go to the foul line so many times
He travels every time it seems.
One of LOYAL to his team...❤
16 game win streak
Announcer said Giannis has a 173 foot wingspan. That’s impressive.
Wow he has good talent 👍👍👍
Last couple of years he's been hurt, he still a beast
that guy is from other planet.
giannis is the best current nba player no doubt
I did a resend : No eny player before in history was so good in final game like Giannis, he was everywhere offence /defence /fighting under the basket/ dunks /free throw /unstoppable +50 points 🎉🎉🎉
"Euro step" = walking
Anyone else noticing how many times he travels? You can't take three steps.
shut up irrelevant toxic hater !
Idk we play this way in Europe it's not consider travel if you shoot before the foot touch the floor
TRAVELING ARE YOU KIDDING. WHAT THEY GET AWAY WITH THESE DAYS
Τί να λέμε ΤΏΡΑ...!!! αυτός είναι ο δικός μας ΓΙΆΝΝΗΣ.+++
.. this is a good collection of clips, even better with the sound off ...
Giannis is a killer beast in basketball
No, if Giannis would have done that dunk in the 90’s it would have been called traveling. (Reference to #12)
2 step travel??
Bro swishes it.
“He changed his mind and scored a crazy jelly”
I wonder how many suitcases he packs when he travels and doesn't get called for it?
He doesn't take euro steps he takes euro miles!
Meanwhile KD bitterly watching how Giannis carried a team by himself without the need of any superteam.
Bro giannis is my number 1 fan
Showed us all of his length…🗿
It's good to see a center play like a center.
Φοβερός ο Σίνα Ούγκο Μπαμπουινούμπο!
That must have been the most difficult block in the history of NBA.
Nah Giannis has something PERSONAL against the Knicks 😂
Yeah 15 times he be traveling and the Refs still don't be calling it and that's crazy plus if you think I'm lying to you guys then you count you count them
Learn modern NBA Rules loser. Giannis is greatest peak player in NBA History!
The one hundred & seventy three Feet (!!) of Gianni's wing span @2:20 is an All Time Reccord
I love Number 5 !
This guy travels more than Rick Steves.
he does not travel. he makes the gather step and then he makes 2 steps more. thats not travelling. it is allowed
These are the dirty moves Giannis Antetokounmpo Shocked the World!🦶😉
People say that Tim Duncan is the best PF ever, but I think it's Giannis, hands down. Tim had a much better group of players around him.
Most exciting basketball player into days games, inside and outside player, defensive and offensive player every TIME he's on the court
Great video. Thank you for the share 👍
Giannis: I will not hurt anyone's feelings. Anyone: but you will hurt our angle. 😹
小声说:脚踝拼错了
Its funny how some of you still think he was travelling yet the first was always the gather step
Giannis’ brother should be on his knees, thanking Gianni’s for getting him on the Buck’s bench (one step above water boy.)
"From the free throw line" bro was 1 step out of the restricted area😂😂 Giannis still crazy tho
Γιανναρος!! Δώσε παικταρά μου!!
He's Dr J reinvented!
25 seconds in really how many steps did he take after the bounce. I count at least three.
there's your problem, you need to count after the gather.
He broke the Nets with a dirty trick.
Nice vid
Thank you
Ik it was just the all-star game and all but when he got thsy put back dunk on Curry Lol man one of the nastiest dunk period
HE WILL BE BACK
Sick of seeing in NBA highlights a clear travel, the distinction between a gather step and an actual step is so undefined players are literally just 3 stepping because they know they can get away with it, the gather step shouldn't even exist.
"The Greek Freak" is an awesome nickname
The miricol of basketball 🏀🏀🏀👍👍👍🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷👍👍👍👍👍
Giannis throwing the ball hard on Harden’s face and getting it back should have been #1.
1:00 traveling
Giannis ducks so hard you can hear the rim make a sound 😂
Beast mode😎
