OK so I’ve been running into a bit of a snag. I do just as the video says but I had the second phase start automatically on me a few times after being infected only 20 times with necrotic plague. Maybe I ran too far away from the mob or maybe I got rid of one too many ads, not sure. Also, is there an add-on I can download that will help me keep count of how many times I get infected with necrotic plague? Or do I need to just keep count In my head as it appears on my screen?
I’m so not going to be helpful because you pretty much guessed what’s wrong. No mobs or you run too far for the plague to reinfect. I would just cluster as much as possible. Can usually get into the timing of when to move and when you can stay put. I don’t use add-ons really so no idea 😞 I don’t think they hit hard though… can tab through them looking for the stack count.

Run it on normal, Arthas doesnt summon shadow traps on normal and you can just sit there until 30 stacks.

After 10 years or more of trying, I gave up and purchased from BMAH, I figured I deserved it after all the years of frustration. XD
I got incredible lucky back in Cata during a transmog run, it dropped and I rolled a 99 against 10 other people
