Y’all are my favorite Noles channel. Thanks, dudes.
So refreshing to hear your measured takes instead of pounding the panic button.
Thanks to you guy's expert analysis, you pointed out things aren't quite so dire as many have suggested. Thank you for these highly informative and entertaining shows.
Glad you enjoyed it! It's always fun for us so I'm glad that translated
Juice! Can't wait to watch.
The more I watch the film the more I love the secondary. Buyers is working against pretty good d-ends, work to do, but better than the commentary. But the drops, omg. The world is approaching balance Trey is getting scruffy again.
It's crazy how quickly we take lockdown corners for granted here after not having great play there for years. Renardo was one of the best the past decade and hardly got any praise
Byers got beat up a few times in games last year
Haha I love looking at Kev's face during this film breakdown and seeing DJ actually did well. Were there some throws that he wanted back? Of course! But that's every QB, especially DJ being new to the team. Do you guys remember JT last year in this spring game? Haha well let me remind you all, it wasn't pretty at all.
But back to you Kev, DJ isn't here to manage this offense or to hand the ball off. He's here to take the top off and to keep defenses honest because he has the strongest arm in college football.
Like I said earlier, DJ showed poise in the pocket and took shots down field multiple times unlike Cam Ward did in Miami's spring game. So keep watching and see what DJ will do this season the type of talent he finally has around him. And he didn't have this talent at Clemson, lets be honest. Cade is still struggling there at Clemson with the same issues DJ had.
Definitely seems like a Clemson problem
What's up fellas! GO NOLES #MIKEGOTUS #CLIMB The NOLES will be Awesome this season & DJU will be Awesome! 🍢💯🤟🏾
Trey, I know Elijah Moore is only going to be a freshman, but man, I believe he is going to be the height we need at WR. His highlights are amazing. We’ll see.
Honestly kind of forgot about him. Super excited for him though! Hopefully he can push for time early
Best in the biz. Thanks guys
Love the blue jerseys
Turquoise 😉 Florida wears blue. 🤮
I think they would look cleaner with white helmets and blue or white pants
After watching this my concerns are with the receivers on offense and the linebackers on defense
Yeah I think that's where I'm at. I'm not worried about talent at linebacker or safety though. Just need them to step up.
I like the fact that Aaron Hester showed some life
Not that any one is paying attention. But the tribute tribe jerseys should be gold with turquoise numbers & trim. Like Native American jewelry.
Let’s try to go with turquoise also. Not whatever blue that is😊
I know you guys don’t have access but the view fromDJU’s helmet cam would sure be nice to dissect
Haha that would be a blast. I'm hopefully we can get the next closest thing soon though!
@@XsandNoles I wonder if it is more Norvel’s design or DJs reaction/decision?
Of the older WRs in the room, I'm guessing that Poitier and Douglas stick around through this portal cycle. Those 2 seem to be the favorites, and the others seem like prime candidates to try and find more play time somewhere else
Yeah people are talking like Poitier may transfer but to me it seems like they want him to step up. He was the first guy targeted in the spring game.
I really do hate it for Brock and The Hawk though. They have the future, but still...
DJU will be fine...Go NOLES 🔥🏈🏆
Omar Graham needs to go ahead and jump in the portal. Make room for better LB’s. Overall, it was a good showcase but there a lot of room for improvements. It was underwhelming watching the WR’s. The run game has improved. I agree with you all the secondary is the strength of the team.
Omar Graham was in the wrong Gap Guys!
1:19:50 that’s why I want them to fix the safety issue with players on our roster because it isn’t a talent issue or willingness issue with Kirkland Barker or Hussey. We’ve recruited that position well so use the damn recruits and coach them up. They will continue to be inexperienced and unproven until they are thrown in the fire. Look at what it did for Shyheim and AZ.
Agreed. I think they feel the same. There's talent there just need it to work
Hopefully DJU is good here but I always like Cam Ward better it would of been a smooth transition from Travis to Ward there games are similar and much more efficient then DJU. I'm gone roll with the team Norvell picked maybe he can turn DJU game to another level
I still think Cam is the better college QB but I don't really trust Mario to get the most out of him.
Got to protect, get open, then catch the damn ball. Not all on DJ. D was good too & anticipating plays which was also a little bit of a problem for the Off. also. We’ll be ok. 10 wins plus🎉
I think if they were gonna release Native American heritage jerseys they should design it with styles and patterns that relate to the seminoles. The turquoise is really bright, natives love a deep royal turquoise.
The trim designs were provided by Seminole tribe. Agree that’s not turquoise. Tribute jersey should be gold with turquoise trim & numbers.😊
Paul Wall 😭
The Horses shall gallop once the gates are open. Go NOLES ! 🏈🫶
In defense of Tron missing his first catch, DJU threw the ball behind him forcing Tron to turn 90 degrees to the left to try and snag it. Had DJU placed the ball in front of Tron, he doesn't break his stride and takes it to the house. Maybe DJU was surprised to see him be so open, but there's no excuse for throwing it behind him with all that real estate in front of him.
Was also a throw he couldn’t step into.
The pass hit his hands man. I'm sure Tron feels he should have pulled it in. Also pretty sure Mike Norvell feels the same way.
DJ was under duress and did good to get the ball out. Good quarterbacks throw passes that are behind receivers all the time and yet they make the play. At least good receivers do.
Omar is sick of everybody shit😭🤣
He looks better physically. More explosive. I didn’t want to spend alot of time on the LBs in this but I like how he looks.
@@CoachAB75I honestly feel like the worse thing about our linebacker position is inexperience. We usually only run 2inebackers and with Lundy filling one spot we need someone to step up. I like nichelson, Murphy, cryer and the 2 new freshman but we have to get a experienced backer in the portal. If we don’t suffer a transfer out from the LBs it could be promising next year.
i like benson and douglas at WR but it would be nice to get 1 more WR that can get the #2 to benson then you get hill back in the fall, then you get 4 guys that are good, in benson the portal guy hopfully, douglas and hill, then i really hope hykeem gets going, and also you got brown, idk about my dude tron hope he stays i mean idk. then we do have a good running back group and it will be nice to see williams, and toafilli in there with holmes hopfully then i really wanna see my dude kam davis hopfully and maybe danzy. i really like us throwing the ball but if we can run the ball good then lets go with that. NOLES ALL THE WAY AND IN NORVELL WE TRUST.
Haven’t heard anybody speak about the back up QB situation and how much it probably hindered the offensive play for the other side.
Absolutely. We didn’t want to be critical of Jackson because that was an impossible situation for him to have any success in. Feel confident in Brock and Luke for the season.
Everybody mentioned it in the preview and instant reaction. Not much to say about it other than it's unfortunate. Trever didn't look like a complete liability out there though which is encouraging. At the very least he's giving you good practice reps
I thought both lines looked good.
Why would a wr want to come play with Dj, after that 🤦♂️🤷♂️
AB just looking for every excuse for 63 contrasted with nitpicking everyone else who has half a bad rep is embarrassing
Yeah he is. That guy is a tad better than Jawan (sp) from the last of Jimbo and thru Willie, years. He must be a hell of a practice player bc he not it on game days!
DJ haven't improved not accurate passer.
Byers is just not good, period... Nice person, poor OL...
🍢🍢🍢
EXCEPT FOR THE SECONDARY, WEAK OL, DL, LINEBACKERS, WR, AND AVERAGE AT QB. LAST 2 YEARS TEAM FULL OF EXPERIENCED 4TH 5TH YEAR PLAYERS, CAME NO WHERE NEAR CLOSE TO REPLACING THAT PRODUCTION. 3RD 4TH STRING ALABAMA PLAYERS OFF AVERAGE AT BEST ALABAMA TEAM STARTERS ON FSU. ENOUGH SAID. MANY LOSSES COMING. NORVELL EXPOSED 2024 AND BEYOND.
This fan base needs to chill the f out we will be just fine. DJU looked good it's just a glorified practice if Cam Ward is so great then why didn't he commit to FSU hmmm? I will wait for the answer I'm patient That Defense is good with elite DBs and they only ran 13 plays in the spring game trolls will troll
