- UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced another national lockdown from early Wednesday. The lockdown was declared following a continuing spike in the number of new Covid-19 cases. In an address to the nation, Johnson said the variant has been spreading at an 'alarming rate'. The country registered over 50,000 daily infections for seven consecutive days. The restrictions with the main message to 'stay at home' will last for six weeks. Restrictions include closure of schools, not venturing out of homes unless emergency and working from home. This is the third nationwide lockdown in the United Kingdom since March 2020. It was re-imposed in November, when cases rose after a dip over the summer months. The overall deaths in the UK is likely to reach 100,000 by the end of January or early February.

They are empty and not attending the real sick: cancer and stroke patients, diabetics, emergency cases, etc etc. Same bullshit everywhere. My mom, my grandma and grandpa all died from COPD, and lung disease directly due to smoking.
My question is this-
Since (according to the WHO and CDC's own website stats) tobacco kills up to half it's users, 8 million people die worldwide each year including 1.2 million non smokers due to second hand smoke. (The USA alone according to the CDC and WHO 480,000 deaths in 2019 from smoking and 42,000 from second hand smoke).
This past year in 2020 8 million people died from tobacco smoke (WHO own website)
This past year in 2020 1.8 million people died from covid (WHO own website). Grade school math tells us that 4 times as many people die from tobacco than covid.
WHY, WHY, WHY is the United Nation WHO, the CDC and the governments around the world not banning all tobacco products?
If the UN WHO, CDC and all the world governments are really so concerned about life and health of all people, Why not quarantine all who use tobacco products, Why not make fighting smoking and tobacco products a top priority, Why not close all borders to tobacco users? Why not jail all tobacco users since they are responsible for the deaths of 8 million (1.2 million innocent) people in 2020?
Why??????????????? The answer is simple! unless you are blind!
Shane, I am sorry to hear that your loved ones lost their lives to smoking-induced cancer. You do have a point. But you know, the amount of tax the government of any country gets from the tobacco products is huge. The banning of such products will cripple the economies of most of the countries. Yep. It's a bitter truth.

Yes regarding the taxes that let's just say the US alone receives from tobacco products it is a huge number for sur. However It is nothing compared to the 6 trillion they spent in the first "Cares Act" in April or the 1 Trillion they just spent on the stimulus this past week. Not to mention the Billions the US is paying to the drug cartel for the vaccine program during the year 2021. This is my point my friend. The tobacco tax the government will receive is not even a drop in the bucket compared to the outgoing costs for covid. So truth is when the WHO, CDC and the US government claim every second of every day on CNN, MSNBC, ABC etc.... that they are taking these extreme measures in the name of "protecting and save lives" They are Lying!!!. Now the real questions need to be asked, What is the real motive behind this covid agenda?????

The west in general has sucked in handling the Pandemic. Even so they can't swallow the fact that Asian countries have dealt with it much better. Asian countries didn't have stupid protests against covid regulations or masks.
The cases across Asia are on a decline. That too with all the problems of malnutrition, low immunity. Hats off to Governments and People of Asia.

Lockdown works in Densely Populated Regions like Bangladesh, India, Nigeria etc. For Countries like New Zealand, Australia, England lockdown is not really needed. People need to be more disciplined and careful towards the virus.
