  • Why statically induced EMF is generated in alternator & transformer but dynamically induced EMF is produced in DC generator is a very interesting electrical interview question.
To answer this question you need to understand the concept of statically induced emf and dynamically induced emf & the difference between statically induced emf and dynamically induced emf.

Sir . I saw some teacher lecture on utube ..They said that in alternator. .emf is dynamically induced in alternator

@@ElectricalTalks in case of alternator ..Relative motion between magnetic field amd stationary armature conductor are done with prime mover and by this process..an emf induced called Dynamic induced emf ..according to some u tube teacher and if both are on stationary position ..emf induced called sataiclaly induced emf

Statically Induced EMF in Induction Generator Sir just like that in case of Transformer since Induction Machine is technically a transformer basically .
My understanding may please be reviewed & acknowledged Sir .

      Yes. its Statically induced emf

@@ElectricalTalks Thank you Sir ; As such EMF is induced in the Stator Winding itself na .
