There was a tape included on the front of a ZX Spectrum mag in the UK that had a synth player program on it.
This masterpiece was one of the tunes included but never credited. Took me years to find the name of it.
Real version is slightly better than that Z80 rendition.

I heard this song in school assembly about 30 years ago. Something about it just captivated me. I couldn't get the song out my head, but could never find it to hear it again. After all this time, I was starting to think it didn't exist and was just a figment of my imagination or some kind of Mandela affect.
Today it just randomly appeared in my recommended playlist and I almost cried. Takes me back to sitting on that cold wooden floor in assembly hearing it as a child. I remembered teachers who I had long forgotten. Their names and even what they were wearing. Isn't it amazing how a song can unlock memories like that.

Wow!

This music is so scientific... I love it. I always imagine the newborn Earth when i hear this song where volcanoes are fuming, strong winds are blowing... and oxygen that brought life is born.

@SciFyerGaming ha ha. That response with the car crashes must be a copy and paste job, as a green councillor from my area posted exactly the same. Embarrassing

I had this song in my head since childhood. I never knew what the song was, but I have a memory of it playing when I was a really young kid with my family in a fairground. Can’t believe I found it after almost 20 years

I just found him after reading an article about his famous father. You would enjoy reading about him. He wrote the music for Dr. Zhivago and Lawrence of Arabia and many other movies. I'm not surprised that he's a marvelous composer!
