Jerry Weaver yes she did Angela Winbush revailed she wrote the song when she was just 18 years old back in 1976 but was not quite ready to sing it just yet but in 1989 i have this album The Real Thing i've Learned to Respect the power of love please bring your love back home is another one too listen too she wrecked the studio on that song !

In 2003 Angela was diagnosed with ovarian cancer ,And was told she may never sing again.But God works miracles and she made a full recover and has been cancer free every since .Oh and the voice is strong as ever .

I do not know if this was said but my GOD! When Ms. Winbush hit that high note and then went higher it was nothing short of brilliant. The keyboardist was even amazed. BUT WHEN she said many nights she got down on her knees….. my God I cry everytime! I don’t care, regardless of your religious dominion, with the unpredictability of life we can all relate to that ❤️! Thank you so much for this video. I keep coming back.
