I like his aggression on the ball. He plays with a level of urgency that's been missing for periods this season, especially when getting the ball to the frontline, he knows when to release it at the right time. His release clause is criminal. He's got so much potential. He doesn't really feel like a classic Italian player. He has the flare and finesse, but his strength and spatial awareness on the pitch may help him adjust to the PL sooner. Hopefully Liverpool sign him. He could be a game changer.

Passing and crossing deserves a 9 though, he's truly that great. Flair is a 10 in my book. But free kicks a 5, he really shouldn't take them. He's a pure playmaker, old school. He's basically Özil or Bruno Fernandes without the goalscoring.

Looks more like a Thiago replacement than Gini. Great passing ability, but Gini was the best at protecting the ball when under pressure and keeping things ticking.
Protecting the ball and passing it backwards, liverpool are a counter attacking team, Gini slowed down most of our attacks with his back passes

When Curtis plays our midfield is stagnant, Curtis is a good back up but not a starter as of the moment.

Take TAA as an example, injury to Clyne had given him opportunity to play more games and gain experience. If Curtis failed to meet the expectation on him next season, I don't mind if we sell him.
