Hi there, when australian unis give scholarships of 20% its mostly 20% each year so that will continue till the end of your course. Even if you do well in exams and assignments, it is unlikely you will get more scholarships as universities don’t easily let you change your scholarship. In harsh terms… they would rather make more profit than provide you relief. BUT, depends on university and what type of scholarship you are on. You should speak to your specific university about the possibility of getting more scholarships :)
