Long travel day. I come back to this Day 25 practice again and again for much needed relief from cramped airplane seats, wrangling luggage, and getting situated in a new place. A moment of calm and repose before finally calling it a day. Thank you!!
This is one that I think I will come back to again and again. So many of my favorite poses, getting supported fish and waterfall in the same practice was wonderful!
It's 25th day and I really wanna thank you from the core of my heart. In these 25 days of practice I've lost 2.5kg, I have had sound sleep every night, got painless and on-time periods (despite pcod!) . All because of you, Kassandra 💓 I always loved yoga but couldn't be consistent ever. But you made me do it. Sometimes, it's all about finding the right teacher who would make you fall in love with the subject. For me, that's you!

I needed this one so much tonight. I had a super-busy, go-go-go day, and having 15 minutes to stretch and relax, all reclined, was absolutely lovely. Thank you, Kassandra!
I prefer yoga over hard work out. I want to a gentle relaxing like this in my everyday life. Since Im too lazy to work out.because I have a heart problem I can't be very tired or else I have a short breath. So prefer this gentle and calming scratch on my self.

Another great evening stretch to practice in bed with my big fluffy pillows. This is one that I’ll definitely return to again and again. Waterfall pose with a block and fish pose with my bolster are my favorites! #goodevening
I used a large rolled blanket because I don’t have a block and oh my goodness this was amazing!! I usually skip classes that need props but I’m so glad I tried this one
