Keep moving - terrible! This version of the recycled plot is horrendous. I do not recommend it as the dialogue is tedious, and the acting is nondescript. The only word is yuck! 😢😢
The account holder stitched together some sections of the drama, leaving out large parts. Some parts are silent/muted or have odd music playing to elude copyright scans. There are missing CCs, odd music plays over dialogue, and missing audio dialogue.
I hope that during and after production, there were physiological services available to the FL and the rest of the team.

Why the sub titles translator always makes mistakes with reference to a female as he and him male as she snd her??????
The reason is because in some of the original sentences in Chinese language there is no often distinctive word used for "he" or "she", like we have in English, so the translator (possibly a computer app/program, not a human) can't tell the difference when translating to English, because in some sentences there is no direct word showing "he" or "she" in the original Chinese sentence, so it just picks one, (either he/she) without understanding context because it's a computer program, or in the case of it being a human, because they don't know English well enough to know when you use he or she correctly and assumes that they are interchangeable (I think it's more likely to be machine translation though, like when you put something through google translate and it comes out weird and unnatural sometimes)
Another reason is that in spoken Chinese (Mandarin, not sure about Cantonese), there is no difference between "he" "she" and "it" when it comes to how they sound in speech, because they are all pronounced the same and have to be distinguished by context, which can make it difficult to translate for a machine
I thought the usage of she and he was very inconsistent, and switched around a lot
But if you are correct about the consistency and it was always referencing the female as "he" and the male as "she", then there is the possibility that the translator (maybe human) accidentally mixed the two, and assumed the meanings were swapped

If you thought some of the *"Dragon Lord"* plots were bad then you haven't seen anything yet. This wouldn't be so bad if it was just a simple gender switch but NO! they changed it so that a daughter that looks down and cut ties with her mother for God knows what reason but it just makes it a utterly UTTERLY absurdly stupid storyline. The only upside is the acting from the cast was actually pretty good especially the Mother. If you like at least a semi-decent plot then you should move on
