    Ingredients:
    Potatoes - 4 (large)
    Onion - 1 (large)
    Chopped green chillies - 2
    Cooking oil - 3 tbsps
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Asafoetida (Hing) - A pinch
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
    Water - 1&1/2 cup
    Fresh chopped Coriander (for garnishing )
    Salt - As per taste
