Dale's Fried Pies - Knoxville, TN

Dale's Fried Pies started when Dale Mackey began making fried pies for her friends and family in Knoxville. Encouraged by their positive responses, she built a mobile pie stand from which she serves her pies at local Farmer's Markets, fairs, and festivals. East Tennessee PBS' Chris Smith shows us how she uses local ingredients and changes her pies seasonally.
