    Very nice! It’s very smart how you used the Lutron dimmer with Pico remote

    Very nice, you should definitely put remote controlled blackout blinds over those skylights too

    Hey Nic I like all the new designs you’ve added especially with the ceiling tiles have. You thought on putting like a ceiling fan in there lol just a thought

      @nics-systems-electric  Год назад

      Like a vent in the ceiling with a fan above? Because ceiling fans look terrible there's already air circulation from the heat pump

      Oh ok just a thought because I was making my new building in my backyard and I was putting up some Sylvia‘s and I wondered if you were going to have them up. there’s only fans I’m talking about is the ones that you can pull on the chain

    Awesome! I think it would be cool if you added a ceiling mount fire alarm at some point.

    Here in UK we use 1 mill or 1.5 mill for lights rating up to 6amps I don't like the twist connectors that USA uses as in my mind the cable's don't make a great connection and cause more fires I like the chock blocks or wago,s that make it easy to test wires with with out untwisting.
    I can do first fix which is running cables and second fix making all connections but get someone to test before and after powering up then a certificate has to be done, if problems come the insurance will not pay out if fire happens.

      @nics-systems-electric  Год назад

      I don't mind the push in and wago connecters for low current stuff and they definitely are easier for testing however I've had way more problems having to come back and replace them when they've burnt up than with a twisted connection

    Are you thinking of doing a 3 way switch or is it called 2 way switch? Anyways Im saying so you don't have to go back to the switch for when using your projector for back lights! Probably to expensive!

    • @nics-systems-electric
      @nics-systems-electric  Год назад

      You can do wireless three ways with Lutron if you like however I didn't need it I can just get up and adjust the light

    Why does the ground on the 14 gauge wire have no insulation?

    • @nics-systems-electric

      Ground wire in NMD and BX and TECK is always non-insulated it's used for ground doesn't need to be

      Well they do have a battery but I don't think you can change it because they seem to last forever pretty much

    Now, you need to get a proper CCTV system

    • @nics-systems-electric
      @nics-systems-electric  Год назад +1

      The "proper systems" require data cable ran to each camera which would not be reasonably possible for all of my cameras I've never had a problem with the set up I currently have so I am satisfied with it
