I'm doing this block of the month too! So much fun. Mine look totally different than either your or Darlene's, which is awesome! I love how you're putting the same fabric together. Since Darlene is ragging as her join and I'm also not going to use sashing, it would be cool if you did. So in the end there will be 3 totally different quilts. Just an idea. Love your channel!

I don't think you did anything wrong cause I had the same issue joining the bottom blocks with the top ones. Like your take on Darlene's quilt blocks.
