I'm unable to take English B2 exam in Delhi, India, which is the first requirement for a German University in which I'm planning to apply for Master.
every institution is saying that they only give exams for institutions not for individuals.
Can please somebody guide my on how to take that exam.

Brother I have passed my FSC(Pre-Medical) with 70% marks and matriculation with 81%.
I have a dream to travel around the world 🌍 n like you, I also have a dream to study in Germany. As I belong to a Middle class family and my father is a government servant.
I have similar circumstances as you, like my family also don't allow me to even hang out with friends and travel in Pakistan especially the North.
Can you please guide/tell me how I can make this possible in a minimum amount.
