  • "Windows Daily" is a Monday-Friday series on my channel about 30 minutes long.
    On Saturdays I have a similar show but it is about 2 hours long and includes Zoom and sometimes remotely connecting to viewers computers.
    The chat room participants and I stand ready to provide our ideas for solving whatever Windows computer issue you are facing.

    This is a live stream or video premiere starting 9:00am-ish Pacific Time M-F.
    The topic(s) are driven by emailed questions, comments on videos or questions asked in the chat room. On Saturdays at 11am there is a Zoom session also available to pose questions and assist with providing answers.
    A One on One support session may occasionally pop-up at an unscheduled time.
    After the live stream is over I may rename the episode to reflect what was covered and then schedule the next live stream so the chat room will be quickly available for you to pose a question or request a topic.
    Ideally I would like this to attract end users and technicians to use these sessions in ways that are useful to them. I am not holding myself forward as having the answers to all difficult issues for technicians but I and the chat room can provide some ideas that perhaps have not been considered. I intend to ask my own questions of the audience as well.

    Hey Doug,
    Re: label printer, the reason it was a long story is actually a funny one, the label printer has 2 tape cutters but I was trying to fix the wrong one 😂 and it was a little while before I realised there was a second one.
