It says 2022 on the reissue as its not the first reissue, it also got re-released at least once before except it only came with a single purple pipe accessory (Much to the frustration of buyers expecting it to come with all accessories).
The tube connects to the pink cap on top, and runs down to the yellow tank is supposed to stick in the empty spot on his lower back.
But the tank has no peg on mine to connect to the hole on his back
