I need an actual guide lol. It's easy when you have a Z-axis map that allows you to escape melee repeatedly. I struggle on other maps when there's an inescapable melee train and you take more damage than everyone else combined. You get forced to juke for precog, then get off a Rot & Drain. Feels terrible when you don't get the juke and the kicks land. So dumb that we need to play around precog to survive.
agree. melee trains are fucking vicious. UH DK + Havoc just sitting on u, any distance u get is instantly closed. TRying to juke casts, but if they dont insta kick then ur just sitting there taking dmage not doing anything. Then u have the micro CC interupts, stuns knockbacks, magic shields, etc. and then they rotate their interupts as well, and its like... ok you can get maybe one cast off every 15 seconds if they aren't braindead.
The only advantage you have when both melee are sitting on you is you are the one who will decide when all of you go. Try to get them both out of their healer,trade def on their burst, don’t overlap. It will be better to understand when you get more exp. Everyone is struggling when getting trained this way
there is no guide, if a DH can just tunnel you away from his hunter forever like in the first round and you cant do anything to punish him then the game is not really balanced very well.
@@amineahd what cr are you at? If it was low cr-it doesn’t even matter, everyone are making mistakes. If dh was away from his healer and didn’t get punished for this-prob you were doing something wrong
im in 1800 and yah, once u get non-idiot melee who actually rotate their micro CC and interupts, and dont fall for jukes as easily, it becomes VERY difficult.
Focus on your agony and corup ( read: curses) then go for one tick of drain soul to debuff them with the increased damage. Communicate with your healer of where your port is. I find it's best to put it out of LoS compared to where you kite, so you can eat up some cc time on your healer. Play howl when facing double melee, save it for when your healer is in CC
aff is dogshit now, at the start of the season UA dispell was very hard on healer, now that everyone is near full gear, it does nothing, even DH's are playing with their imolate dispell, holypriest/shaman/dragon even mw spaming dispell as it is nothing, and truth being said, you need to outplay ALOT to deal roughly a fracion more damage than a DK/DH/WAR/RET/WW doing NOTHING BUT PRESSING W on you. This game sucks ass at the moment, it is totally world of melee craft.
