    And another thing I noticed with a few dudes I work with....it's a difference between goin to the gym and goin hard in the gym...these dudes go to the gym but it doesn't look like they work out

      Low testosterone is a serious epidemic today amongst the SAD diet and many other factors

    When it comes to attraction, be physical enough. You don't have to be 6 foot with large scale arms. If you are 5'5 wear shoes with high heals, get a six pack and get your posture straight to gain a height of 5'7 or 8 so you can outplay taller bigger guys along with your great conversation skills, groundedness and intelligent game.

    Man, I was fired from my main job yesterday. I still have some gigs on the side to sustain myself. The boss was a rager nutcase. The point is, Imma double down on working out in the mean time I have some more time. Gotta make myself stronger physically and mentally. Anytime I feel depression trying to kick in Imma go get a workout. Fully sober too. Won’t accept weakness to creep.
    I’m destined for bigger things.

    Tarik, keep moving brother. You are spreading tough facts that every young man needs to know about. I am in my thirties and I did not know these facts until I hit 30. I am doing my PhD but missed in the body game. I know that my 20s were wasted, but I gotta move man.

    I did a random sample of the 1st 10 men that walked past me in the park one day. I wanted to see how many out of 10 had what most would consider a belly (really out of shape). By my count, 8 out of 10 guys were out of shape.

    Although men should have exceedingly higher testosterone than women and grip strength, unfortunately that doesn’t hold true today for the AVERAGE male. However, knowing is power, and if you are aware of the biological assaults on our manhood today, that gives select men an edge. Combat this with daily physical activity, a deep understanding of nutrition and ingredients to limit or avoid, herbs, sweat daily, proper rest, whole plant foods(majority)and plenty of sunshine.

    Being physically fit is a part of BEING A MAN! In this country, YOU SHOULD BE IN SHAPE because it’s gonna SEPARATE YOU FROM THE REST! Everybody is so hellbent on getting money, but HEALTH is actually the REAL WEALTH!
    Going to the gym seems like a daunting task, but in reality WE NEED EXERCISE! Society just put steroids induced bodybuilders as the standard which makes ppl unmotivated and always in a state of unsatisfaction because they don’t think they’ll ever achieve such physique. EVERY SESSION COUNTS! It’s not really about aesthetics but aesthetics come with TIME!
    A cpl years ago, I was DEPRESSED AS HELL! Quite Su!c!dal…I was a full time truck driver and truck driving made my body hurt, so I started going to the gym. I was only 160lbs…a year later I got over 190lbs. Going at LEAST 4 times a week….now the gym is like church to me. It’s a mood enhancer, you also meet a lot of likeminded ppl that have a similar story.
    My clothes fit better, ppl strike up conversation with me, women and men notice. Actually more men notice you than women because as men were constantly comparing ourselves to other men in a sense.
    I’ll NEVER STOP going to the gym, it’s like I owe it to my physical health as well as my sanity
