On the blood moon boss jaguar cycle, if you move back to the blood puddle right before the jaguar attacks you will heal and also dodge the damage from the attack. repeat this when it attacks and you will take little to no damage and also heal.

If you wanna be taken seriously, go back and try the video again with these pointers. Lizards give 3 food each (vs 1 fish) with high cooking lvls and are faster to get. Protection prayers dont do anything. Each boss is weak to a specfic type of melee. Blue weak to crush, red weak to slash, yellow weak to stab. Step back on the jaguars one tick before they attack and click back on them to avoid all damage. You're max stats and can just power through it. Teaching incorrect mechanics doesn't help anyone who needs a guide.
I strongly agree with this comment. One could likely do this activity as well as the quest with rune tier weapons (scimmy, barronite mace, rapier) and full rune armor, but they have to be adequately prepared. As they'd likely take longer and therefore take extra damage, the fact that lizards give so much more food is important information. Plus to use these weapons (or dragon or something in between like leaf bladed stuff) they need to know which style is appropriate for which boss. Sure you can just brute force through it with base 90 stats and crazy gear, but there's actual mechanics.
If your fishing level is lower than your hunter level, it's better to hunt. The amount the fish/lizards heal is based on the lowest value between either fishing and cooking or hunting and cooking respectively. It takes a little longer to hunt the lizards but you catch them in batches and they can cook into multiple food items. If your hunter and cooking are both high, you can catch 3 lizards in one go and make a full inventory of food from just those 3.
if you had continued straight ahead from the rewards chest, it will bring straight to eclipse door, also at eclipse boss, you dont need to click the mirror images that pops up you just need to point in their direction :D otherwise good video

Also, when fishing you can move left and right to catch fish faster.
Protect melee doesn't help. It's typeless (but melee) damage.
