I love watching Cdrama and Kdrama but sometimes I wonder if these ladies who constantly push themselves on the man knowingly that she is not wanted reflects the culture as well. They would constantly blame the woman who the loves for his lack of interest in her. I don’t get that. Is it a deceptive behavior that is accepted there? They also set out to intentionally harm the other woman yet they themselves are woman too. I’m trying to understand the writer’s intent because so many of these dramas have over 95% similarities in how the female lead and male lead are treated
Usually between the rich in China it is common that the man has a mistress which the wife knows about but keeps quiet about it I think it's because they adopted monogamy later than the west, which is why this mistress culture is very prominant especially with the rich since they were the ones concerned a rich man could have several concubines till the 1900s in China. So I think that's why it's common in dramas. Women's war for men is real there!

How rediculous. The lights just went out no one was attacking them. No need to the food on the floor.
