ICAI Stand on HP Loss😨 | Most Expected For CA Inter Taxation Jan 2025 & Coming Exams🔴 | VG Sir

Treatment difference is in carryforward of HP loss under default(i.e. concessional scheme).
HP loss balance arrived at after setoff cannot be carried forward.
Similarly, brought foward HP loss from past years cannot be setoff against current year income.
ICAI clarification he answer me likhna ye.
