Each one of them had their moments of being the weaker link and the stronger one since they're all equally talented in their own ways. Any one of them could be the #1 or #2 on another team. It's best that they try something new and see what happens. Best wishes to all of them.
Squishy deserves a better team. NRG just couldn't mesh. GG cut rotations a lot early on and then JSTN couldn't hit open nets at the end of the big 3 Era. Was a tough go. Love all 3 of these guys individually though, they needed this split.
I think Gman had to cut rotation a lot due to them not meshing. He was trying to make up for the lack of pressure and consistency of the team. It worked sometimes.
tbh garrett is kinda the weak link did yall see how in the spring cup vs complexity squishy carried game 5 and justin was also mechy during the tournament yeah garrett had some good plays but he seems like he has the NA oldhead mindset compared to squishy who seems to want to play like newer teams.
I don't look at NRG as having a weak link, they just stopped working as a team, it happens eventually. All 3 players would still be a great addition to whatever team they end up on. And Garrett is one of the most consistent players of all time, he rarely plays badly. Considering he's been at the top since the very beginning and he's still solid as a rock while others have struggled to keep up or even retired, it says a lot about his work ethic and how he's adapted over the years. Garrett ain't no weak link. :P

People still think Garretts the problem, squishy had ONE good series vs col and completely ghosted the rest of the regional, had the faze series in the bag but he absolutely threw with his defensive mistakes that no pro should be making, I kid u not if nrg had replaced him at the start of the season (with someone compatible obviously) they’d still be one of the best teams itw, but to keep him the whole season and just suffer split after split completely destroyed nrgs confidence and mentality, now simply replacing probably won’t be enough since jstn and Garrett will probably have ptsd playing with each other I think it’s best for a rebuild

I think the play styles are different and honestly I think the way Squishy wants to play is how teams in Europe play which is obviously quite successful. Put Squishy on a team with the same mindset and I think they will do well so I believe he is actually a better player than Garrett
