If you have Morgan in the Leader Position, she provides him and her allies 25% chance to perform Drain. It's an ability to recover health based on the damage dealt to the enemies 🙂It's not a 100% success rate though, so I usually pair Morgan + Bedi + a healer for clearing stages in Story/Adventure since its more of a guaranteed heal. For Arena, the battle is pretty short, so a dedicated healer is not necessary, unless we create a stall team that has very high HP and Arena offense team unable to break that team.
