This film demonstrate the scientific method for yield estimation of MAIN CROPS in Bihar for the purpose of policy planning. The Mahalonobis Model of crop cutting experiment is followed for accuracy in data collection. The random sampling method is main tool applied in this CROP CUTTING EXPERIMENT as it is popularly called by the field workers.
