If we understand the question right, a solution could be to remove the feature groups for holes and pockets and program each instance separately. Then the order of the operations would to be the manual control. Alternatively you could check the "Optimize" tab in operation parameters for options on sorting. Hi ...when I try to simulate tool path....it doesn't machine the external / perimeters features of the part !
In Advanced or Geometry tab (depending on toolpath type) check to see if its contain areas is set to up to try changing it to past
