I'm so happy with how the corset body is looking. There's still a few little changes to make to get the fit just right, so I'll be making one more toile before I start making it in the real fabrics. I just cut the full circle today and hung it up, while I finish the dress coat I have been at for a while now. Hoping to get it done and boxed for my besty tomorrow. I love to sew, but my hubby hates my sewing because of the cost. Need better deals on things, i.e. boning, its so expensive here in Texas and thats the encased thats not even the steel. So yeah thats where I'm at right now. How many projects do you work on at a time.

Repurposing and upcycling can be a great way to find fabrics at a great price. The number of projects that I have on the go really varies depending on how many client orders I have on at the time and how involved they are. This week I'm working on 2 burlesque costume orders and 2 corset toiles for wedding dress orders for later this year. Add in social media, editing videos, business admin, teaching, and packing orders from my website and it's going to be a busy one!
