The Bnet y-component is positive, (2-1=+1), so Bnet is in Quadrant I. Its angle wrt +x-axis is 11 degrees. By the right-hand rule, the Force is in Quad II, perpendicular (90 degrees) from Bnet. Therefore, Force has a direction of 101 degrees wrt to +x-axis.
