I really like how Khushhal is portraying Shahmeer's character. Given his circumstances, as someone in his position, the way he feels vulnerable and confused and seeks guidance from his family, particularly Dadi, is completely understandable. However, he keeps that vulnerability limited to his family; in front of the outside world, he puts on a tough front and appears strong, expressing rage to a certain extent. Unlike his brother, who recklessly puts himself in danger (just imagine what he would do in this situation), Shahmeer is more level-headed. I’m definitely looking forward to his interactions-or should I say face-off-with Ana. Lastly, I think this drama is really good and deserves much more recognition and viewership!!!
Thank you for saying that. People are going gaga over Nayab but I think his attitude was quite immature at times. On the other hand, Shahmir calculates his moves with the precision and intelligence required at this sensitive juncture - not saying much but communicating enough with his body language and attitude. Ali Raza was brilliant as the reckless Nayab and Khushal is rocking as the vulnerable yet valiant and intelligent Shahmir. BRAVO!
