This is an epic BS, yesterday I had a lot of games where u have 6-10 auto loaders in each team they all go in a packs, single shot tanks are going to be a friking relics in this game, went to play in a my T34, 1 shot before I was done! Now, if u don't have a premium account, u are done 8 out of 10 games, not to mention gold ammo, it is starting to look like a rich kids playground game!

@@werbung2k515 it's trash, the dpm is absolute garbage. They changed the vehicle one day before it's release. The dpm was cut in half and it got an autoloader with almost the same intra clip reload it had without the autoloader l.
I did the Box's and got all 4 Premiums.

My guess is that it might have bad terrain resistances and this is why the 60km/h is rarely reached so I think grousers could work to mitigate this? They improve acceleration and allow to maintain the speed.
They worked well on my super pershing

I’d say that the gun is obviously the main highlight, playing it with rotation mechanism and it feels super accurate, even with mediocre 2-perk-crew. The agility isn’t good indeed, however if you manage to get on the rich line, it feels very good with that -11 degress depression and it even bounces some shots with its turret. 42 seconds reload may be the con but if you’re having home office this could work wonders - 40 seconds of game and 40 seconds of work. I accquired this tank today from my Xmas Chests and I think I’m slowly falling in love. Cheers @skill4tu and Merry Christmas!

It must be an amazing feeling when enemies raise there barrels, don't shoot at you and start dancing like that T-44. He didn't want to show dominance - he just wanted to say HELLO SKIIIIIIIIIL!
As a proactive TD driver myself climbing up all the nations trees, this is a nice surprise added to the UK’s branch, a fun Premium TD trainer/cash cow for my Conway crew.
This is how to calculate the actual speed of the vehicle: 2.5x-3x power to weight ratio (p/w) by my experience. Also influenced by ground resistance, etc, but p/w is the main factor. In this case for example, p/w=15, which means the real top speed is around 38-45 km/h on flat ground. Downhill it can reach more, of course, but won't maintain much higher speed than 45 on flat ground. For a vehicle to have a real 60km/h top speed it needs about 20 p/w, and if we want to run around at 60 most of the time, the vehicle would need a p/w of about 25.
Now that we have a TD like GSOR at tier 8 and yet no one is saying it's overpowered, then why the F don't they bring back WTF E100!

To boost the mobility a bit more I dropped a medi kit as so rarely needs, whereas a repair kit needed for ammo rack.
My load out as follows in position order:
Bounty vents, Bounty Optics, Turbo : 105 Gasoline, Food & Vents directive
with my crew at 632%(training 7th skill) I can get:
View range 497m
64kph forwards & 19kph revers - when matched against another GSOR it is noticeable faster & feels more responsive
I didnt notice missing out with the Improved Rotation
This is TVP with longer Clip loading, Bourrasque intra-clip And speed of emil2

To be fair, the gold ammunition has a disastrous reduction on its penetration at long range: from 321 at 50m to 220 at 500m.

Skiiiiill, the reason you couldn't spot the difference with the turbo is because you were on better terrain in the first game. In the second you were going uphill at the start, while in the first you were going slightly downhill

I can still remember when the stats for this were first released, and this tank had 0.3 accuracy, 1.8 seconds aim time, 1.5 seconds inter clip reload, and 32 seconds clip reload, and everyone was screaming OP tier 8 premium version of the tier X TVP

Skil is expecting that a British Tank is fast... should be because they have some real Ferraris like the ATs, the Valliant and the TOG!
turbocharger needs buff, atleast the power to weight ratio should be 20% more...not 10
Maybe 15% or 12.5%. 20% boost would be insanely OP....
When you mount Turbo on tanks with little horse power like 150+10% you get only 165 thats not big diference, but when you mount it on Maus 1750+10%=1925 that is something, so turbo is only good for slow tank but with high horse power.....
10 should be normal and bonus should be given 15% anyways...
From my expirience on tanks that have the high topspeed but are struggling to reach it (like IS-7, E 50, probably GSOR 1008, etc.) you are better off using the Additional Grousers Equipment because the benefit from 10/15% better ground resistence is more than the 7,5%/10% hp from turbocharger. And the extra turning speed in those cases also outweighs the extra topspeed.
On Slow Tanks like T95 or Tortoise or even Super Conquerer the Turbocharger obviously is the better choice.
I love the GSOR 1008. It is in my top 10 favorites to play. Might make my top 5 the more I play it. It is actually fun to play.

that one is also OP, 1,75 intra clip, 4 shoots in the mag and 15 secs of reload at tier 6 is insane... it's way better than the garbage chi ri at tier 7

@@matheusguerrascheffer6518 if you're bad at the Chi-Ri you're just bad 😂 3 rounds with 9 second clip reload and 1 second intra clip. BOI. plus it has 10 degrees of gun depression instead of 6. Just get good. The M4 FL isn't broken, the swede is wayyyyy better and that sure as hell ain't broken. The M4 FL only has one second less clip reload and .25 shorter intra clip reload. With 135 alpha vs 150 I believe same amount of shells. So tell me, how is the M4 FL broken again????
@@lbhammers4841 I played with both of them, and I enjoyed the M4 FL waaaayyyyyyyyy more than the strv, at least with M4 you can actualy hit something, also, I'm not a bad chi ri player, 1.5k average damage is good enough for you? I just hate that tank with all my hearth because you are a huge fat target with zero armor and non existent camo, and you are also completely blind... AND you can face tier 9s with it.
I love it. IMHO, the only thing keeping this tank out from OP status is the huge ~+40s clip reload time.
2 or 3 of these in a platoon are a battle changing tidal force.
I feel GSOR fits my style.

This is a fantastic tank... I run the same set up as you had for the first game Skill.... the Turbo doesn't make that much of a difference because it's initial speed is down to overcoming the HP/ton issue, and I've found that a turbo doesn't do a lot to assist with that.
But that gun and clip ...wowsers!!!

Turbo works only above 24-26 weight ratio. I put it on wz-132-1, amx30, and Pantera. Didn't regret it.

Got myself 25 boxes, got GSOR (will try it out in the evening, when i get home from work, but it looks nice from what i have seen here) , Bizon and quite a few new 3D skins, as i know myself, i might buy few more boxes before it all ends, but will try to resist the urge, pray for me skill :D

Again, first battle was on hard terrain and second battle was map with medium terrain. You had the same issue with the Obj 274a. So then the difference with Turbo Charger is hard to spot...

Skill, I equipped mine with vents, rotation mechanism & optics. Works well. After a few games I like it.
I think this tank is much much better in a platoon. I had some success in solos but honestly the reload just kills this tank's carry potential. I was running rotation device, vents, and coated optics. I think this is the best setup overall.

This thing feels more like a medium except the high APCR pen. Speed, dmg and base camo (without crew and equipment) is more medium like. The Gold isn't that broken. The german 12,8cm guns have 311mm APCR.

I got my hands on this tank. And the first impression is just borderline OP. The very first battle was a 7 kill 5k dmg battle. If you can be in charge of the engagements, you will shred everything to pieces.
Almost Every tier VIII TD can be clipped by GSOR. Only heavy ones are not, like TS5 or Turtle. I got it in 4th box.
Very interesting, Skill! I like that you show it with and without bounty equipment, Maybe you can show it without food too, so casual players know how it handles when they play it!

Speaking of the Polish mediums that you mentioned in the first minutes, they do not look good on the paper, but I sawed quite some excellent gameplays at the tier 10. Maybe this is simply because very good players can make any tank work, but I also think the tanks must have something. Looking at them and having not played them yet, maybe it is gun handling and mobilities that is very good?
in my opinion the great boxes are worth it.
in 150 boxes i get 78450 gold, 9 million credits, 99 days premiumtime, 5 3D-styles and 7 new premiumtanks (Bisonte, ISU, GSOR and 4 little tanks). Bisonte i got twice and Bourrasque is already in my garage. ive got total 16 premiumtanks = for 9 Tanks the equivalent in gold (included in the sum above.
normally you pay 99€ for 30500 gold...
Bourrasque- light tank/ Tank destroyer hybrid in the medium class.
GSOR- medium/ light/ tank destroyer hybrid in the tank destroyer class.
What’s next? Heavy/ arty hybrid in the medium class?
In my opinion to turbo charger is worthless on tanks with bad hp/ton, it's not going to make them drive noticeable different. If a tank however hits the speed limit with ease the turbocharger works nice, or at least can become a viable option.
150 large box: 65K gold, 6,5 mil credit, 118 prem day, Borrasque and GSOR, every low tier tank, and every cammo. 44% credit boost.

1. Does viewrange above limit matter? Is there different between 450 or 460 or 470m viewrange?
2. What you favorite maps
In my opinion its overpowered. A factor that adds to this is that is a TD and therefore is matched against TDs like Strv S1. One team is simply going to have a medium/heavy like tank more than the other one...
Bought 75 boxes. didn't have much hopes as last year I got HUUUUGE PILE OF KAKU out of 250 boxes! but this year, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. all 3d styles, Trashante, ISU and really the only tank I actually wanted, the almighty Borat!!!! me happy baboon nao! so for me, this year's xmas boxes are very solid banana out of ten!

Try use improved tracks I think that equipment is called they should get you to maximum speed faster and hold it ...turbocharger only adding you 4 km to your maximum speed
Due to the long reload people are just going to spam pure gold in this thing, WG really need to bring in the same system as in Blitz where regular ammo does more damage to reward people for actually bothering to aim.
Instead of the turbo you put the tracks on it an it helps better with slow tanks. Did it on the super pershing and was way better than turbo

i really like the GSOR 1008 had some great time with it! , was playing the T77 lately a bit more and this was a fine warmup for this tank witch has also a 37 sec reload after 3 bullets.

Well the gold rounds cause 4000 credit per shell but 320 pen! Not even T10 tanks have that kind of pen.
German, French, Russian and Chinese tds also have over 300 pen on gold - it's nothing extraordinary for 8th tier tank destroyer to have those values (guns with bigger caliber have less, but they have better overmatching capabilities).
Although the premium ammo on this tank is good, it's not as powerful as it appears. it loses an incredible amount of pen at higher distances. it is barely any better at 500m than the standard ammo. This is because they are APDS rounds.
I've been running fuel consumable in mine in lieu of food or fire extinguisher. 65+ battles no fire yet lol
Quick noob question... Why not reload after 1, 2, or 3 shots instead of waiting for the clip to be empty?

It has bad ground resistance, so that's why it can't get up to speed. Try grousers for fun?
Skill what do you think you are playing here? Its a TD not a Med or Light, compare it to the other T8 TDs most of them have 310+ mm of penetration, but its always so surprising to see a tank beeing better with full gold and pimped to the max.

Wargaming is making more and more pay-to-win tanks. Obj. 274e got insane APCR penetration (289) and this thing is just stupid (321). They want tier 8 premiums to be able to penetrate an angled Maus from the front.
