Every time I watch an Axe video I have the urge to stop what I'm doing and pick up the old GC controller. He just makes Melee look like the best game ever made.
yea lol bc every "appreciation" of good melee has to have some kind of negative light shining on it ik it's a fighting game thing but that kind of negative vibe is never apparent in individualized competitive games like tetris and mario kart wii, I also never get people hatefully responding with as much negative energy as possible for no reason like the ppl in this community do (cody's YT comments are absolutely brutal)
Go out and fight people in real life a lot of them are gonna start running away, also in fights people dodge or move away to avoid hits, it's one way smash and fighting games capture that element of fighting

If someone won't approach I usually just disconnect, even if it's ranked. It's not worth my time to chase a loser around for 8+ minutes lol.
