Stopped without due care in the middle of CTE.
Set up a dangerous situation that led to a collision.
#GY3927S Lorry
Drove without due care and attention. Took evasive action unreasonably late, which led to collision.
Front Cam shows the accident, Rear Cam shows the number plates of the 4 parties involved -
Car A: #SMQ6745B - Stopped without due care on CTE lane 3, putting multiple cars in a dangerous situation.
Car B: #SNP8462Y - Possibly insufficient following distance with Car A, however was reasonably alert and slowed down.
Lorry C: #GY3927S - Not paying due attention to the deceleration of Car B, leading to the need to take evasive action of which rapid deceleration put others in danger.
Lorry D: #GBB9297S - Possibly insufficient following distance with Lorry C, wheels locked up due to possible lack of ABS and driver skill.
Will the freed driver got fine and pay for insurance instead? More like want to cut queue instead of last minute exit

it's actually cuz the 2nd last lorry had a late reaction time, which caused the last lorry to have an even later reaction time, hence unable to break in time

The first lorry reaction super slow. Sabo the second lorry who was only reacting to his late brake.
For these lorries...learnt that u are NOT equipped with ABS or traction control...so thats y pls always have ample space to react...and pls stop saying it wont happened to u...it will if u keep disregarding the simple driving ethics

this place always same pattern one, suddenly stop want exit PIE changi.
Tbh the design is quite challenging for new drivers or drivers who can't filter left...but the entry side from AMK 1 is very bad...exit and entrance în a matter of 400mtr

lol, only have 2 seconds to stop completely, doubt anyone can stop in time. lorry already react fast enough, just that his wheels and brake cui, end up skidding.
Noah brake light already on for 2 sec before the lorry step on his brake. If the driver need 2 sec to react then I think the driver shouldn’t be on the road

first lorry had a late reaction time, his sudden breaking resulted in the 2nd lorry not being able to break in time. Freed driver is the culprit tho

The lorries are in lane 3. Which is not good enough. They should be extreme left lane ! In this case lane 4! Not anywhere else !

This video proves that it is cars that cause the majority of issues on the expressways. Get more people out of their cars and on to bicycles and PMDs and the accident rate will drop significantly.
