I love this series... it brings back the dodge vehicles i saw as a kid and payed no attention towards. Wish i payed more attention to it when i was younger.

Back in about 2001, my neighbor had a Shelby Durango and it was forced inducted. I found out as he back out the driveway and floored it down the street. All four wheels spun instantly and you could hear the pulley/blower system.
My dad has a 2018 Durango SRT in B5 Blue Pearl, a non-Mopar 18 model. One of the nicest cars he has ever owned, especially after bland luxury cars like the Lexus GX and various Mercedes models. He threw on the Mopar lowering springs and Mopar catback which made the car drive even better than before. I still gap him but it’s always close. Honestly trying to take it off of his hands now, especially since its in B5. It is a color they never offered after the 2018 model year, maybe one day it will be worth something!

My ex & I purchased a '99 Pursuit (no super charger/seats/wheels/6 piston brakes) in '00. It had been on the lot for almost a year & had been recently minor hail damaged - sticker was $48K, we picked it up for $48K - after adding a power sunroof & full leather! It was an awesome truck! I can only imagine what a Super Pursuit was like! We (mostly me) surprised a LOT of people with what appeared to be a plain white Durango with a body kit - until i got on it! Supposedly it had HCI done, it did have long tube headers along with the bigger dual exhaust.

Why would they put a manual transmission decal on side of the pursuit but still not install an actual manual transmission with the redeye engine!

Aww didnt see the Night Runner on this video :( I didnt know much about the Durango Night Runner when I got mine, but from what little I can find online about them, only somewhere between 300 and 1000 were produced over the 2 years they were producing them. Its a pretty cool package, with all the blacked out trim pieces and the custom embroidered seats and cool logo in the gauges that light up blue when you turn the headlights on

My father had a rt first generation.. god I loved that dam truck heated seats, awd thing handled like a race car.. but did eat tires we live on a mountain road.. though fun it's hard on tires but the Durango was exceptional rough on em. Truck would move out though and was a joy to drive.. I imagine this model would have been amazing to own.

The SP360 was NOT Viper Blue, but Dodge Intense Blue! I had SP360 #81 and a 97 Viper Blue/White Viper GTS, and, parked side by side, the colors were (although slightly) different.
Dodge should really bring the Durango shaker back
Late first and second Generation "Police Package" Durangos were absolute beasts. They could hang with any of the Fords and Chevys of their day....And run them down. Trust me, I know these things. If I could find one with under 300,00o miles on it (most Police vehicles have WAY more than 300,000 miles on them due to just "settin' and waitin'") I'd buy it....For old times sake and the G forces....

I did own a 2007 Dodge Durango Knight Runner Edition.
Kinda dissopointed the performance numbers were never released to the public on the Speedtrap Durango.
They probably would never be able to top it since I doubt they’ll make a Redeye durango so they figured they should keep it quiet 😂
Just keep in mind, they probably were running more power then a "redeye package" ;)

Why do you say the Shelby Durango reduces seating to 4 but then show a 3rd row rear bench seat?
What about the Durango venom, can't remember what year but I saw it in a motor trend, I think might have been another magazine, that was in 1998 I believe if I'm remembering when I saw it right. It had the viper motor.

The Durango dude, shaker, and speed trap is not rare. It is custom. It has to have at least a production number of 2 to qualify as rare, otherwise it is just custom.

Seawolf - nope. The JGC (modified platform of '19 Mercedes GLE) is a 2-row, while the Durango (modified '19 Mercedes GLS) is a 3-row. Yes, these platforms were the "last gift" Mercedes gave before they sold Chrysler to Cerberus (they were included on the sale before they were in production).
Right now Mercedes has switched both the GLE and GLS crossovers to a new platform while it is rumored that both JGC and Durango will get next time a modified (Alfa Romeo) Giorgio platform, while the Wagoner / Grand Wagoneer would be on the new Ram 1500 chassis.
