I made this on Wednesday! I added onions and green apple on the sides of the cast iron, with soy sauce, maple syrup, and cinnamon. I served the pork with the apple onion mash, and made a fruit crisp for desert. Life is good- better when you make meals from scratch. I'll have to make it again, but over a fire:)
Sounds good with apples and soy sauce, I must try it.
A bunch of my veteran buddies and I made this close to a lake (Sjælsø), and it just blew what was left of our minds…!

This was one of the best crispy pork (ribbensteg) I have made to date, It was just perfect!
How long does the pork take to cook ?
Can`t remember exactly, but I think it was about 2 hours.
