This is honestly something that always bugged me about this game. It's inconsistent as fuck. First Jazz can't handle literal fodder, then he takes on some of the stronger 'cons, 2 of them at the same time befire forgetting how to fight again and getting killed by Brawl instantly, like bruh.
I think I could explain the Evil Bumblebee and Shockwave story wise (At least in theory). Shockwave created the Evil Bee as a test as an attempt to create superior counterparts to the Autobots and Starscream sent it to destroy the real Bee, however Shockwave is angered because his creation was a prototype and when it was destroyed he makes his way to earth to finish the job but instead he faces Optimus Prime and it ends with him defeated.

Assuming they were ever trained for combat; we never actually saw Blackout or Screamer fight an autobot up close so They're probably not used to someone like Jazz outwitting them in speed, melee & durability. Besides; Starscream didn't fare any better against Prime in the forest battle.

And in the forest battle Starscream held his own better than Megatron himself. Originally Starscream was supposed to kill Dino/Mirage in DoTM, but it was changed last second cause of leaks.

You know, I am very curious about Bumblebee's weapons in this game. Since they don't seem to match the weapons he uses in the movie. There is also the type of unique blade he carries within his arm, whenever Bumblebee gets into melee range, his right hand converts into an axe-like bladed weapon he uses in some of his combos. Another thing to note is his weird range weaponry of choice, like his primary weapon the plasma cannon, seems to shoot missile-like projectiles at his foes. While his secondary weapon shoots out multiple explosive at his enemies, which is essentially a shotgun. It's a weird choice of weapons given to him by the developers of the game, as I imagine them giving Bumblebee weapons thar were cut from the film, like his stingers from early concept art.

However despite this, they kind of worked around the issue in Barricade's case, they let one of his hands convert into a some sort of cannon(the tires in each of his hand being used as some sort of barrel) that either burst-fires missiles that do moderate damage or explosive rounds that pack a punch. With Bonecrusher, they seem to give him a similar gun model that Blackout uses in the game's files.

The big change for this upgraded mod on the Transformers game classic are at the following: 1. It has warnings now during the Inside the Hoover Dam missions where the Decepticons are leading to the dam. 2. The Waking Giant mission has tons of changes as well also. As the Allspark shrinks, Bee must faced the Decepticons as well and survive while the Allspark shrinks during the 1 to 2:30 mark, instead of deadly blowout Megatron's cannon assault of the OG game. 3. Autobot Ratchet is now a medic helper during story missions (missions 6, 8, 14, 15), here where you can heal your health without any burden.
Yep, because it added some content that was cut from the base game. As well as tweaking a few things, like range weapons being more viable against most enemies, as well as reworking some enemy drone type to make one each unique and deadly in their own right. This would also include the stronger Elite drone variants that appear near the end of the game. Adding much more difficulty and challenge to the game.
There were even more content like this, and even a whole new chapter taking place in Hoover damn where you could even play as ratchet. Fight bonecrusher as well.
I don't think its possible without requiring some really heavy modding by a skilled enough programmers. Not to mention that this game is made with single player at mind during development.
I like the game but what makes it nonsense it when during tranquility when you look at the background of the cutchene it seems Sam's house is not EVEN AT THE CLIFFSIDE and to make MORE obvious at the other tranquility (more than meets the eye) AT THE FIRST CUT SCENE WHEN THEY TRANSFORM AND ESCAPE VIEWING AT JAZZ ITS NOT EVEN IN THE SAME PLACE
I did list all changes in the TF_2.0 Documents folder, inside ChangeLog.txt. (And a even more detailed list of changes in the Log folder. Though I doubt anyone will read these since they're absolutely massive.)

I do love how Digital Arctic added used content to the game as well as adding new features like the revamped enemy drones, rebalanced missions, and a few new playable characters. Although one thing I will note is that there are only four playable Autobots(not counting Ratchet since his animations in his character model are incomplete), while the Decepticons have 8 playable characters(not including Frenzy). Which the Autobots are severely outnumbered, I thought maybe to add Cliffjumper to the roster, since he's essentially a recolor of Bumblebee in red. Adding unused character animations as well as different weapons to differentiate him from Bumblebee would be enough to maybe make him another neat addition to the Autobots. However, it seems that there is another version of Bumblebee already in the game named Evil Bumblebee, already exists in the files. So outside of modding the Bumblebee character model, we probably won't see a playable Cliffjumper. Also, despite Arcee being planned to make an appearance in the first live action movie, I don't think files of her character model exist anywhere in the game. Since this game is likely being made at the later stages of production of the movie, with Ironhide replacing Arcee in the Autobot roster at this point. So Arcee being playable is an impossibility, unless you have to make her character model from scratch as well as hard code some animations for her as well as her interactions with throwable objects as well as climbing the building walls.

Barricade seems a bit overused in the Autobot campaign as a boss, plus he's very easy to deal with. When he's doing his flailing move, throw an object at him to break his invinciblity, then wail on him, rinse and repeat. Even with the new attack combos, as well as now being able to shoot at you from a distance in the 2.0 mod, he's still pretty easy. Bumblebee seems to have a more difficult boss fight due to his ultrasonic wave ability that blasts anything away around him, as well as having each phase that increases in difficulty in the second encounter in the Decepticon campaign when playing as Barricade.

(Though I didn't use them the way the unused data for the chapter uses them. The unused data listed Barricade as the player character in A3C1, (Which I still find weird to this day) and the drones took the place of the S7 Drone chases originally. (Probably for placeholder purposes.)
The autobot symbol on the map indicate ratchet Ratchet will heal you *NONSTOP* whenever you go near him So if a level is hard just go near him (still you may need to use health cheats for some specific missions if you are not that good)
I would also advise using Jazzs secondary weapon, it can stun enemies in the mod, even if just for a second, it could make the difference when trying to retreat to get health.

I didn't find Jazz difficult, just find Ratchet and disable him there then deal with the drones and attack Jazz, his health drops fast

It needs the bloom to be reduced and colors to be more saturated so it looks less like an early 7th Gen game.
