Also alameda creek has them too but they say they eat the trout eggs idk if it’s true been hearing that since I been a kid

I didn't put the footage on this video but before that one I had caught something bigger or the same size but it wrapped me up against the pillars and couldn't get it free. Guessing it was another carp is what I'm telling myself.. because if it was a striper man I lost a big one lol

I go there all the time never catch anything 😂😭😭 only caught a stripper at night time over by the gates

If you're able to, try going early in the morning that's when I seem to have the best luck. I tried the afternoon bite but never get to much action. Get there at sunrise, it's usually kind of slow when I first arrive but 30mins in and it seems like the bite turns on.. the last few times I've been getting good action from sunrise till about 9:30 or 10:00 am.then it shuts off it seems like. Good luck🎣 also if you don't get any bites in 20 or 30 minutes move 20 ,30 feet down and try again..
