With the griddle, you have to season it like a cast iron skillet. Once seasoned, you can even use metal utensils and they really work well. To clean, it's a simple as a squirt of water when hot and a scrape, then paper towel to dry, much better than a coated skillet or griddle.
The griddles don’t need to have a non stick surface if you season the surface. Food tastes yummy on a griddle.

My first job while in high school was in a grocery store. Those water softener pellets were $1.99. Also those angus beef patties you asked for comments about are awesome.

The blue salt pellet bag is the best, the pellets are super small. Makes it easy to scoop and put into water softener machine

Those flame grilled burgers are pre cooked. I just reheat in my air fryer for a few minutes. They have a good flame grilled taste to them.

Right, we always pass out full size candy bars. It’s worth the little bit of extra money to see the excitement on their faces when they get a big candy bar.
